These Terms of Service are between you and TensorJetAI ("TensorJetAI", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to PromptFence, including the website, browser extension, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and support we provide.
1. Product
PromptFence is software for authorized prompt privacy and policy enforcement. It helps users scan prompt text locally, identify secrets, personally identifiable information, regulated identifiers, and team-defined sensitive terms, then warn, redact, or block the prompt according to team policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you use PromptFence for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
3. Subscriptions and payment
PromptFence is sold as a digital software subscription. Prices, billing periods, seat limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Taxes and final totals may be calculated at checkout.
Paddle may act as merchant of record for purchases. If Paddle processes your order, Paddle may handle payment, receipts, tax calculation, subscription management, and refund requests under Paddle's buyer terms and policies.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before renewal to prevent future charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PromptFence to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, attack systems, distribute malware, scrape or exfiltrate data without permission, or monitor people without proper authority and notice. You may not resell access unless we agree in writing.
6. Customer data
You remain responsible for prompts, policies, invite tokens, custom terms, logs, redacted samples, metadata, and other data submitted to or processed through PromptFence. PromptFence is a risk-reduction tool and does not guarantee that every sensitive item will be detected.
7. Intellectual property
TensorJetAI owns PromptFence software, interfaces, designs, code, documentation, brand assets, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use PromptFence according to your plan while your subscription is active.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers
PromptFence is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorJetAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for PromptFence in the three months before the claim.
